Aleksandar Vučić wins in 3 of 29 cities, dominates Kosovo and prisons
Vučić secured victories only in Vranje, Leskovac and Prokuplje, while his list dominated Kosovo and prison ballots.

After 14 years in power as either president or prime minister, Aleksandar Vučić won in only three of 29 Serbian cities in yesterday's parliamentary elections: Vranje, Leskovac and Prokuplje.
Election map split between urban centres and special constituencies
Vučić’s list, United Serbia, recorded a decisive result in Kosovo, taking 71,63% of the vote there. The same list also prevailed in all prison voting districts across Serbia, where it received 65,6%.
The outcome highlights a sharp geographic divergence: while Vučić retained pockets of support in several smaller cities, he lost the bulk of urban contests across the country.
Political analysts say the results will force a reassessment of campaign strategies ahead of the next stage of government formation, as the distribution of votes differs markedly between standard municipal constituencies and special polling places such as prisons and the Kosovo constituencies.
Local authorities in Vranje, Leskovac and Prokuplje recorded pluralities for Vučić’s slate, but the broader pattern shows opposition or alternative lists winning in the majority of the other 26 cities.
