Payouts from Moj DDV have begun — refunds for April–June due by 31 August

Payments from the Moj DDV mobile refund scheme have started, and some users are already reporting that amounts have been transferred to their bank accounts.

The payout covers the regular second calculation period of the year — April, May and June — and is being processed for users who scanned fiscal receipts in that quarter.

How the transfers are executed

The Public Revenue Office and the Ministry of Finance are processing the records and transferring refunds to the transaction accounts registered in the Moj DDV system. Transfers are made directly to the accounts users provided; they are not executed for all beneficiaries at once, but in batches over several days.

The refund each user receives depends on the value and type of fiscal receipts scanned during the three‑month period. Under the scheme, citizens who scan receipts via the Moj DDV app become eligible to receive back a portion of the VAT paid for goods and services.

According to the legal deadlines, payouts for receipts scanned in April, May and June must be completed no later than 31 August. Citizens who have not yet seen the transfer on their account should expect it to arrive within the stated deadline rather than all at the same time.
