Zelensky: Russia will increasingly feel the war on its own territory
Zelensky says Ukrainian strikes have targeted Russian air-defence systems and infrastructure; thousands of households in Odesa lost power after recent attacks.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Kyiv will respond to every Russian attack and warned that the conflict will increasingly be felt on Russian territory.

Zelensky said Ukrainian forces had hit Russian air-defence missile systems and radar stations, as well as infrastructure in the Azov and Black Sea region. He framed the actions as part of a broader policy of retaliation for Russian strikes against Ukraine.
Addressing the consequences of recent Russian attacks on Ukrainian population centres, Zelensky listed cities and regions that suffered damage: Odesa, Kharkiv, Pavlohrad, Kherson, Sumy and Zhytomyr oblast.
He described the situation in Odesa after the strike: "Work is still ongoing in Odesa after the Russian attack. There were power and water outages, and all services are engaged to restore supplies. This morning more than 300 thousand families in Odesa and the region were without power, and now one third are reconnected. Work continues," he said.
Zelensky added: "There are completely just responses; to every Russian strike there will be our response. The Russian war will increasingly be felt in their home, in Russia."
He thanked teams from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and all the personnel involved in repairing damaged infrastructure and returning life in the city toward normalcy.
