North Macedonia women’s handball team holds media training

On October 22, 2026, the North Macedonia women's senior handball team took part in a classroom session on public relations and media communication at the Three Corner hotel in Skopje.

Off-court preparation

The lecture focused on professional interaction with journalists, delivering public appearances and how players should represent the national team in public. Team members were introduced to practical principles of media work and expected standards when speaking on behalf of the squad.

Coaches and staff framed the activity as part of broader preparations that extend beyond training on the court, aimed at equipping the players with skills to handle interviews and public events.

The session is part of the team's ongoing education programme held during the EHF week, as the squad prepares for the upcoming European Championship.

Organisers said the initiative is intended to strengthen the national team's public image and ensure consistent, professional communication at international events.

The event took place in Skopje and brought together the senior group for a concentrated media-awareness briefing ahead of competitive fixtures.
