11 sailors missing after cargo ship sunk off Bulgaria
Two cargo vessels were hit by unmanned aircraft; Bulgaria summoned the Russian ambassador and Moscow has not commented.

Eleven sailors are missing after a cargo ship was sunk by unmanned aerial vehicles off the Bulgarian coast, officials said, in the second such incident in the Black Sea in a week.
Bulgarian authorities reported that two cargo vessels were struck by drones overnight; one of the ships sank. The attack prompted Sofia to summon the Russian ambassador.
Rising tensions after new strikes
President Rumen Radev told the Russian ambassador that he believed the outcome of such attacks "benefits the Russian Federation." Moscow has not commented publicly.
Bulgarian officials stopped short of directly accusing Russia of carrying out the strikes. Authorities said they do not yet have conclusive evidence on the origin of the drones and are investigating the incidents.
Addressing the Russian ambassador, Eleonora Mitrofanova, Radev said: "Our country has no definitive evidence about the origin of the unmanned aerial vehicles used in the attacks, but there is no logic in Ukraine destroying its own ships in the Black Sea."
