17-year-old girl killed in crash on Bitola–Prilep road

A fatal collision on the Bitola–Prilep road on 19.09.2026 left a 17-year-old girl dead and four other people injured, including a 7-year-old child.
On 19.09.2026 at 18:29 the Bitola Regional Police Directorate received a report that a traffic accident occurred on the Bitola–Prilep road near a location known as "Tulanata", involving a passenger car "Opel" with Bitola registration plates driven by E.F.(28) from the village of Kanatlarci, Prilep municipality, and a passenger car "Ford" with Bitola registration plates driven by M.N.(48) from the village of Dolno Srpci, Mogila municipality.
Victim and injured
A 17-year-old female passenger from the Opel died at the scene; her death was confirmed by a doctor from the Emergency Medical Service in Bitola.
The driver of the Opel, E.F., as well as 44-year-old D.N. and a seven-year-old child from the village of Dolno Srpci, passengers in the Ford, sustained serious bodily injuries and were recorded at Bitola Clinical Hospital. The Ford's driver, M.N., was also injured.
The investigative team of the Bitola Regional Police Directorate carried out the on-site inspection, the Ministry of Interior reported.
