27-year-old Macedonian from Raduša killed in Berlin
Man shot multiple times around 2:40 a.m. at Planetenstraße and Sonnenallee in Neukölln; motive under investigation

A 27-year-old Macedonian citizen from the village of Raduša was shot dead in Berlin in the early hours of Monday, police said.
Incident and immediate response
The shooting occurred at about 2:40 a.m. at the intersection of Planetenstraße and Sonnenallee in the Neukölln district. The man was hit by several bullets and died at the scene despite attempts to resuscitate him.
Local reporting indicates the victim had been followed by two men before the shooting and that one of the bullets struck his head.
Suspects fled the scene. The case has been taken over by the Fifth Homicide Commission of the Berlin Criminal Police in coordination with the Prosecutor's Office, which said investigators are examining the motive and circumstances.
The victim’s connection to Raduša was reported by regional media in North Macedonia; authorities in Berlin have not released the victim’s name publicly.
Investigators are appealing for witnesses or anyone with mobile phone footage from the area around Planetenstraße and Sonnenallee during the early morning hours to come forward.
