33 fires in 24 hours: 4 active, 4 under control, 25 extinguished

The Center for Crisis Management this morning reported that a total of 33 open-space fires were recorded across the country in the past 24 hours: 4 are active, 4 are under control, and 25 have been extinguished.
Where fires remain active
Active fires are in the Municipalities of Studenicani and Zelenikovo – near the villages Morane, Vrtekica and Ramni Gaber with the branch toward the villages Paligrad and Vrazhale in the Municipality of Zelenikovo; in the Municipality of Makedonski Brod – near the locality Vidush and the villages Dragov Dol and Lokvica; in the Municipality of Kichevo – near the village Tajmishte and the locality Darda; and in the Municipality of Gostivar – near the village Gorna Gjonovica.
Fires under control include those in the village Ilinden, near the Delchevo village Bigla, near the village Tudenec in the Municipality of Jegunovce, and in the Municipality of Vrapchishte – near the villages Lomnica and Gjergeviste.
The statement recalls the total number of incidents in the last 24 hours — 33 fires — and that the majority are already under control or extinguished.
Authorities continue to monitor the active hotspots and to coordinate local firefighting forces, while residents in the affected areas are warned to follow instructions from municipal services.
