Agency launches new e-auction for three seized apartments at Todor Aleksandrov 79 in Vodno
Three luxury units at Todor Aleksandrov 79 offered in a second repeated electronic public bid with reduced starting prices.
The Agency for Management of Seized Property has opened a new electronic tender for three confiscated apartments in the Vodno neighbourhood of Skopje, located at Todor Aleksandrov Street 79 in the Centar municipality. The state has tried repeatedly to sell these units in recent years, but so far no buyer has been found.
Due to earlier unsuccessful attempts, the apartments are now being offered in a second repeated e-auction with the legally allowed one-quarter reduction of the initial price.
- Apartment 47 — internal area 199 m2 plus an auxiliary room of 48 m2; located in the second entrance. Starting price: 39,066,030 denars (approximately €635,220).
- Apartment 2 — internal area 155 m2 plus an auxiliary room of 95 m2 in the basement; first entrance. Starting price: 35,034,244 denars (approximately €569,660).
- Apartment 48 — internal area 200 m2 plus an auxiliary room of 48 m2. Starting price: 39,230,604 denars (approximately €637,890).
A site viewing was organised on 10 September 2026 and lasted one hour. According to the Agency's announcement, all interested natural persons and legal entities must submit a written application in a sealed envelope to the Agency's archive no later than 17 September 2026 by 14:00.
Auction procedure and deadlines
Applicants must provide the required documentation, notarised declarations that they meet the legal conditions for participation, and pay a deposit equal to 10 percent of the property's assessed value. The electronic public auction will take place on 21 September 2026 through the Agency's official web portal.
The schedule for bidding on 21 September 2026 is: Apartment 47 at 09:00, Apartment 2 at 11:00 and Apartment 48 at 13:00.
These apartments have been linked to property seized from former prime minister Nikola Gruevski; he has repeatedly said that the property was not his and described the claims as an invention by his political opponents.
