Aleksandra Bela ends her engagement at Sloboden Pechat

A well-known presenter, Aleksandra Bela, has ended her engagement with the media outlet Sloboden Pechat and announced the decision on her Facebook page.

In a personal message she reflected on the work she carried out during her time at the outlet:

"Dear friends, I want to let you know that we will no longer be seeing each other on 'Sloboden Pechat'. I am grateful that for a time I was part of this media house. My original role was host of the morning programme on YouTube, where I greeted you each morning. After that project ended, my duties shifted, and I am happy that management accepted my proposals and ideas for certain projects which saw the light of day".

Projects and memories

During her tenure Bela produced and presented several recognizable series and shows. Among them was the programme "Mamavizija," which she described as a long-burning passion that brought her joy when it was well received. She also took part in the podcast "Moe Leto" and the series Artefakti and "The Residents of Skopje Zoo".

She also used the post to thank colleagues for their support and collegiality, recalling everyday moments and the relationships formed in the newsroom:

"There was also a meeting with many good colleagues with whom I had wonderful moments, especially the morning break on the wet benches. From many I learned a lot, not only about journalism but about life. I publicly thank each one of them for the successful cooperation and for the emotional farewell they prepared for me. In my memory will remain only the good memories from SP, and the most beautiful living memory from there is my kitten – the heroine Vera".

Bela did not disclose where she will continue her career. In comments under her post many friends wrote that wherever she goes next, the new media house will be gaining an asset.
