Bilal Tajroski (Ried) emerges on North Macedonia's youth radar
Midfielder born in 2012 plays for SV Ried’s U16 and could strengthen North Macedonia’s youth — possibly senior — teams.

Bilal Tajroski, a young midfielder currently at Austrian club Ried, has emerged as a new prospect for North Macedonia’s national selections. Born in 2012, Tajroski already plays with the older cohort at his club — the U16s — and is attracting attention as a potential addition to youth, and perhaps eventually senior, national squads.
Player profile
Tajroski began his footballing path in the small town of Frankenburg before moving to the more established setup at Ried. At Ried he has been deployed in midfield, where club coaches have used him with older age groups to accelerate his development.
Because he is registered with Ried and competes in the club’s U16 team despite being born in 2012, Tajroski is considered ahead of his age group in terms of the level at which he trains and plays. That progression is the main reason he is now on the radar as a possible reinforcement for North Macedonia’s youth teams.
His situation illustrates a common pathway for players of Macedonian background who develop abroad: early years at a local club followed by a step up to a larger academy, with national team eligibility opening the door for future call-ups. For Tajroski, the immediate outlook points to youth-level involvement, while a senior call-up would depend on continued development and monitoring.
At this stage Tajroski remains a prospect to watch rather than a confirmed national team member, but his profile — a 2012-born midfielder at Ried playing in U16 — is now part of the pool that North Macedonian coaches may evaluate in coming months.
