Bledi Shkembi named Coach of Round 10 after Struga TL’s 2–0 win in Aracinovo
Shkembi rebuilt the team after the ninth-round loss and led Struga TL to a 2-0 away victory in Aracinovo, with goals from Bojku and Radeski.
Struga TL's immediate response after a disappointing result in the ninth round earned coach Bledi Shkembi the title of Coach of Round 10.
Tactical reset and away performance
After an away defeat to Bashkimi in round nine, Shkembi reorganised his squad and delivered a measured game plan for the visit to Aracinovo. The players executed that plan with discipline and secured a 2-0 victory on Saturday, the club's first away win of the season.
The decisive actions came in the first half, when Struga opened the scoring through Bojku and later doubled the lead with a strike by Radeski. The two goals and the overall performance were highlighted by a compact defensive display and controlled possession.
Observers credited the coaching staff for a thorough analysis of Aracinovo's strengths and weaknesses, and for motivating the squad to produce one of Struga's best displays of the campaign.
For his role in preparing the team and picking the right approach for a difficult fixture, Shkembi was chosen as Coach of the 10th round.
