Milijana "Mila" Reljic wins bronze at G-1 Open "Albania" in Tirana
The Macedonian Olympian secured bronze and gained 3.60 points on the world and Olympic rankings.

Milijana "Mila" Reljic added a bronze medal to her record at the G-1 Open tournament "Albania" held in Tirana on October 5, 2026. The Macedonian taekwondo Olympian earned valuable ranking points for both the world and Olympic lists.
Wins in early rounds, stopped in the semifinal
Reljic began the event with a bye and in her opening bout defeated Canada’s Leonarda Andrić by 2:1 in rounds.
She then faced Spain’s Elena Lena Torres in another tight match, prevailing again 2:1 in rounds to secure a place on the podium. The decisive third round was narrowly won by Reljic with a 10:9 points score.
In the semifinal she could not reach the final after losing to Turkey’s Hatice Pinar Yigitalp, who won 2:0 in rounds. Yigitalp took both rounds by identical 4:2 points margins to advance to the final.
The bronze in Tirana awarded Reljic 3.60 points on the world and Olympic ranking lists, strengthening her position as she continues her campaign on the international circuit.
