Bulacani placed on timed water supply — taps open only during daytime
Timed supply affects the Bulacani 1 line; taps will be open 07:00–19:00 while night supply is suspended.
Public Utility Company "Gazi Baba 2007" has introduced a timed water-supply regime for the village of Bulacani after a reduction in flow and inflow from natural sources caused by prolonged high temperatures.
The restrictions primarily affect the Bulacani 1 water line and were adopted to secure basic system stability and an even distribution of the available resource amid a sharp rise in consumption.
New schedule and controls
Under the new timetable, tap water in Bulacani will be available daily from 07:00 to 19:00. Water supply will be cut between 19:00 and 07:00.
The utility urged residents to use drinking water responsibly and to avoid non-essential uses such as watering gardens or filling private pools, warning that such practices could further destabilize the system.
Crews from the utility together with inspectors from the Municipality of Gazi Baba have stepped up on-site monitoring to enforce the schedule and check water use in the area.
The company said the timed regime will remain in force until hydrological conditions and inflow from the natural springs improve.
