Center for Crisis Management: 16 wildfires registered by 13:00 — nine active
Nine fires remain active and four have been contained; authorities continue to monitor multiple locations across the country.

The Center for Crisis Management (CUK) reported that by 13:00 a total of 16 wildfires were registered across the country; nine of those remain active, four have been brought under control and three were extinguished.
Active blazes concentrated in western and central areas
CUK listed the active fires as occurring along the stretch between the villages of Burinec, Lokov, Selce and Elevci in the Municipality of Struga; near the village of Belica and near the village of Benche in the Municipality of Makedonski Brod; and in the vicinity of the village of Knejino at the locality Crn Kamen in the Kichevo area.
Other ongoing fires are reported near Gajre in the Tetovo area, within the cadastral lands of the village Palatica in the Municipality of Zhelino, close to the villages of Pechkovo and Padalisht in the Gostivar area, and near the village of Dolgaec in the Municipality of Dolneni.
Fires that have been placed under control include the blaze near Tajmishe in the Kichevo area, the fire near Kopanica in the Municipality of Saraj, the one at the municipal landfill in Delchevo, and a fire close to the village of Brest at the locality Ramno in the Municipality of Chucher-Sandevo.
During the course of the day three fires were extinguished: near the village of Sitnik in the Municipality of Novo Selo, close to the New Cemetery in Prilep, and at the City Cemetery in Krushevo.
Authorities continue monitoring the situation and coordinating response efforts across affected municipalities.
