Damjan Stojanoski's daughter Jana turns four
Folk singer Damjan Stojanoski posted a photo of Jana beside a cake with the number 4; the family recently welcomed a third daughter, Eva.

Damjan Stojanoski celebrated a family milestone this week: his daughter Jana turned four. The folk singer posted a smiling photograph of the birthday girl on his social media accounts, showing Jana next to a colorful cake topped with the number 4 and a short, heartfelt message: "Happy birthday, Jana" ❤️.
Growing household
Damjan and his wife Elena are parents to three young children. Their eldest son, Vojdan, carries the name of his grandfather, the late Vojo Stojanoski, while Jana is the family's middle child.
This year the household grew again: in 2026 the couple welcomed a third daughter, Eva. The pregnancy was kept private almost until the end, and the arrival of the newborn pleasantly surprised many of their followers.
On-screen and onstage, Damjan has repeatedly spoken about the influence his father had on him and his musical path. Appearing on the program "Kafe muabeti," he recalled their close bond and the lessons he learned from Vojo. In that interview he said: "I was very close to him, I went everywhere I could — I went. Already in my teenage years we were really like friends… Simply listening to his interpretation and his songs taught me subconsciously. Although I attended music school and an academy where I studied classical music, it was folk music that he engraved in me — unconsciously, but very deeply."
Today Damjan is one of the most popular and in-demand folk singers both in North Macedonia and among diaspora communities. Fans and colleagues often point to his devotion to family and to traditional music as the backbone of his career.
