Didi Jay recovering after POTS diagnosis, returning to work
Didi Jay says doctors removed POTS and she is slowly resuming concerts and business obligations while continuing therapy and a special diet.

Diana Jankovic, known professionally as Didi Jay, has announced she is gradually returning to work after a difficult health episode that began earlier this year. In January she was diagnosed with POTS — postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome — a condition that upended her daily life and forced her to pause performing.
On her Instagram account Didi shared an update about her condition and thanked her medical team for progress made so far. She wrote that the syndrome has been treated and that only a milder form of autonomic dysfunction remains.
"For everyone asking about my health — thanks to my incredible doctors, I no longer have POTS. I have only mild dysautonomia left. That means I still can't run, exercise or walk for long like before, but I'm slowly returning to work and in the next few months my full energy will come back," she said.
Health, family support and a return to the stage
The illness affected both her private and professional life: for months she was unable to function normally or tend to her music career. Didi has previously spoken openly about the ordeal and credited her family and her young daughter for being her main support while she recovered.
She added that she remains on a special diet and continues to receive therapy. "I'm also on a special diet and still undergoing therapies. For someone who went through a true hell, I'm happy that God has given me the chance to work and travel again," she wrote candidly.
Outside of health matters, Didi Jay is often noted in the media for her extravagant lifestyle. She is regarded as one of the wealthiest singers in the Balkans, owns a luxury home in Belgrade's Vračar neighborhood and has spoken about an expensive wardrobe and multiple properties, including a house in the United States shared with her husband, a successful programmer.
About gifts from her husband she told reporters: "I received a car, a watch, a house. I got the house from him and that is my biggest gift. I'm really overjoyed in life. And I also buy him gifts. He just got a guitar, and the next gift will be a car. I won't reveal who," the extravagant singer said on one occasion.
