Dimitrije Nikolic signs with MZT Skopje
The 28-year-old, 211 cm center completed his contract with the Macedonian champions on August 4, 2026.

Dimitrije Nikolic, a 28-year-old center standing 211 cm, has become the latest summer addition to MZT Skopje after signing a contract with the club on August 4, 2026.
Nikolic arrives as an experienced big man whose résumé spans both domestic Serbian clubs and several stops abroad. He began his career with Radnicki Kragujevac and spent four seasons (2017–2021) with Partizan Belgrade, before turning out for Sloga Kraljevo, Sloboda Uzice, FMP and Zlatibor.
Playing abroad
His first international assignment came in Craiova, Romania, where he had two separate spells; he has also played for Romanian side Brașov and Lithuanian Nevezis. The club expects Nikolic’s size, strength and court experience to add stability in the paint on both ends.
Nikolic is the fourth foreign signing announced by MZT Skopje this summer, following Americans Leslie Warner and Noah Farahan and Bosnian center Emir Krajinic. The roster also includes Damjan and Vojdan Stojanovski, Andrej Maslinko, Andrej Andonoski, and returning players Luka Stojanovski and Nikola Vasilevski.
Vasko Atanasov will remain in charge of the team as head coach. For the season ahead MZT Skopje will compete in domestic competitions, the ABA2 League and the FIBA EuroCup.
