Fifi Janevska announces music video for "FREE" — now living in Sweden as Gia
The Macedonian transgender singer shared Instagram clips from a new AI-produced video; the single "FREE" will be released on streaming services soon.
Fifi Janevska, the Macedonian singer who now lives in Sweden under the name Gia, has unveiled short teasers from her upcoming music video for the single "FREE".
On her Instagram account she posted exclusive clips showing a striking new image — dark hair, red lipstick and a glamorous look — and disclosed that the video was produced with the help of modern artificial intelligence (AI) production techniques.
From X Factor Adria to a new chapter in Sweden
Janevska first became known across the Balkans through her appearance on X Factor Adria. Back then she drew attention for performing in heels and for her bold authenticity, moments that stood out in regional television at the time.
After the show she relocated to Sweden and entered a prolonged process of hormone therapy and aesthetic procedures, openly sharing each step of her transformation as she embraced life as a woman under the name Gia Janevska.
Despite persistent media focus on her gender identity over the years, music has remained her primary passion. The new project "FREE" is expected to appear on all streaming platforms soon, marking what she describes as a stronger chapter in her musical career.
