Kochani resident arrested: over 160 grams of drugs found under washing machine
Police, under a court order, searched A.R.'s home; a charge will be filed against him under Article 215 of the Criminal Code.
Police officers from Kochani, following a previously obtained court order, today carried out a search of A.R.'s home and seized over 160 grams of drugs – cocaine, hashish and marijuana.
The search was carried out after investigators obtained a court order. The suspect was arrested at the scene, and the services are documenting the situation.
The drugs were hidden in the bathroom
From video material published by the Ministry of Interior it can be seen that the man from Kochani hid the drugs in the bathroom, under a washing machine.
"A.R. has been deprived of liberty, a public prosecutor has been notified and after full documentation of the case, a criminal complaint will be filed by expedited procedure under Article 215 of the Criminal Code," the Ministry of Interior informed.
The authorities say that the seized evidence will be used in further proceedings and that a charge will be filed against the accused under Article 215 of the Criminal Code. The police did not disclose additional personal data.
