On September 9, 2026, the Macedonian Cup resumes with seven first-round (1/16) ties kicking off at 16:00. The highlight on paper is in Radovish, where Detonit will host Shkendija (Arachinovo). In Shtip, Bregalnica — currently without a head coach — will try to reach the last 16 against Teteks.
Matches, small derbies and second‑division clashes
There are a pair of second‑division derbies on the schedule: Novaci vs Ohrid and Osogovo vs Belasica. Sasa meets Shkupi, Bashkimi heads into its tie as heavy favourites against BVK Konjare, and Kozhuf will face Skopje.

Three first‑round ties will be played at later dates: Mogila – Arsimi on 24.09.2026 at 16:00; Krosu Sport Bitola – Tikvesh on 06.10.2026 at 15:00; and Vardar (N) – Rabotnicki on 14.10.2026 at 15:00. It is also known that, following incidents at the last final, Tetovo's Shkendija is not participating in this season's Macedonian Cup.
