Lepa Brena postpones Kriva Palanka concert because of severe weather
The singer announced on Instagram that the show has been moved to August 30 and will feature Slatkaristika and Aca Peović.

Regional star Lepa Brena postponed her scheduled concert in Kriva Palanka at the last minute, announcing the change directly to fans on her Instagram account.
In a short video posted hours before the planned show she explained the decision: "Due to sudden and unfavorable weather conditions, tonight's concert in Kriva Palanka has unfortunately been postponed," she said on her official Instagram profile. She added reassurance that the interruption was caused by weather beyond the control of the organizers and the artist.
The singer said the event has been moved to the following day, August 30, and will take place in Kriva Palanka with performances by Slatkaristika and Aca Pejović.
Storm forces late change
Organizers and the performer cited strong stormy conditions as the reason for the sudden cancellation. According to Brena's announcement, the severe weather made it unsafe or impractical to go ahead with the outdoor event that evening.
Despite decades on stage and thousands of concerts across the region, Brena continues to attract large crowds with her energetic performances. She was born on 20 October 1960, which means she will celebrate her 66th birthday this year.
In the same message and in follow-up posts Brena briefly addressed lifestyle questions fans often ask: she stated that her morning routine usually includes one or two organic eggs; lunch typically consists of a light, fat-free soup and briefly cooked vegetables paired with grilled or boiled meat; and dinner is often fish or meat with fresh salad. Video clips and fan footage from the event circulated online after the postponement.
