Maja Kikiriktkova Trajkovski (40) — from last‑minute chaos to a ten‑day restart in Ibiza
The designer from Shtip says a string of mishaps almost canceled the holiday, but she and husband Aleksandar are now enjoying a ten‑day recharge in Ibiza.
Maja Kikiriktkova Trajkovski, the 40-year-old designer from Shtip, is spending a ten-day holiday in Ibiza with her husband Aleksandar Trajkovski after a turbulent dash to the airport that nearly stopped the trip before it began.
In a candid social media post she outlined a string of last-minute problems that threatened to cancel the getaway: childcare gaps, a family health scare and a frantic race to board the plane.
“A restart” after a chaotic departure
She wrote that the trip was essential: “This was more than necessary for me, and we almost didn't make it. At the last moment a million mishaps, there was no one to leave the children with. My mother broke a vertebra. I had a very tiring period, this is my restart, and in about 10 days I'll throw myself into action again! We would have missed the plane to Ibiza by 1 minute.”
Maja also described a comical but stressful moment: “In the rush, we left the suitcase on the plane. That's my karma. But in the end, what you strongly desire is always there with you!” She and Aleksandar nevertheless reached Ibiza and have been sharing images from the island.
On social feeds Maja has posted beach and evening outfits: bright white two-piece swimwear, a knitted headscarf and dark sunglasses for daytime, plus a relaxed blue-and-white striped set with fringe and a large woven beach bag for evenings, while Aleksandar appears at her side in an elegant white shirt.
A mother of two — Lazar and Eva — Maja balances family life with running her fashion label and maintaining an active Instagram presence. She says the ten-day break is meant to recharge her for upcoming fashion and business commitments once she returns.
