Marijana and Rosana return after 35 years with a new song "Zasekogash mladi"

After more than three decades apart in the recording studio, sisters Marijana and Rosana have reunited for a new song titled "Zasekogash mladi". The session brought them together with singer Dragan Spasov – Dac and musician-producer Aleksandar Mitevski, forming a small creative circle built on long friendship and shared stage experience.

The track’s musical composition and arrangement were handled by Aleksandar Mitevski. The lyrical work was developed in collaboration with noted songwriter Ognen Nedelkovski, while final sound processing and mastering were entrusted to acclaimed producer Darko Dimitrov.

Aleksandar describes the collaboration as a personal milestone: working with Marijana, Rosana and Dac fulfilled an early dream and proved an intense learning experience as they aimed to craft a musical moment that resonates with listeners.

Public reaction and expectations

The new recording has already struck a chord with audiences across North Macedonia, with many listeners calling it a memorable hit that could remain in circulation for years. Early responses highlight the emotional warmth and familiar chemistry between the performers.

For the sisters, the reunion in the studio is the latest chapter in a long partnership marked by live performances and a shared rapport that fans associate with their concerts. The presence of Dac and the younger creative team gave the session a mix of nostalgia and fresh energy.

As reactions continue to arrive, listeners and critics alike will watch whether "Zasekogash mladi" becomes a staple in the sisters’ repertoire and how the group will translate the studio chemistry to future live appearances.
