Hristijan Mickoski: deputy ministers to be announced in one–two weeks
The prime minister said a coalition meeting will confirm deputy minister appointments after July's cabinet reshuffle that added eight ministers.
Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski said the government will decide on deputy ministers within "the next one-two weeks," following a July reshuffle that added eight new ministers to the cabinet.
"I more-or-less know what, where and how, so we will need to sit down as a coalition and confirm that within the next one-two weeks," Mickoski said when asked by reporters.
Context of the announcement
Mickoski made the remarks after attending the presentation of a capital project by AD ESM for the third phase of the revitalization of the country's hydropower plants.
Asked about the Electoral Code and whether his camp accepts opposition objections, the prime minister said he first expects the opposition in Parliament to present a consolidated stance.
"Here I mean, above all, the parliamentary opposition - SDSM, Levica and the Democratic Union for Integration, let them come out with a position, and then we could comment. We can't comment like this. I expect the united opposition in Macedonia - SDSM, DUI and Levica - to come out with a position so we can comment," Mickoski added.
