National portal uslugi.gov.mk records 27.345 e‑service requests in September

The national e‑services portal uslugi.gov.mk registered its strongest month to date in September, when citizens and businesses submitted 27.345 requests for online services.

This result makes September the portal's best month so far, excluding the ICT voucher campaign that served over 50.000 students.

Usage milestone and institutional cooperation

With the September figures included, the total number of requests submitted through the national portal has surpassed 400.000 and reached 405.881 requests overall.

Officials attribute the steady increase in portal use to the expansion of available electronic services, simplified procedures and intensifying cooperation with public institutions that are moving more services completely online.

Authorities highlighted close work with the State Statistical Office, noting that several services were digitized recently and made available through the portal — including services aimed at students and the academic community.

Stefan Andonovski, the Minister of Digital Transformation, said the numbers show citizens increasingly recognise the value of electronic services.
