PIO Fund electronic system down — don’t go for 'on the spot' records
Administrative offices issue paper documents but cannot enter the database; technicians expect a fix tomorrow or in the coming days.

The Pension and Disability Insurance Fund (PIO Fund) has experienced a failure of its electronic system for several days, making access to the central database impossible.
Administrative work continues, but database access is down
According to unofficial information, technical experts are working to restore functionality. Despite the outage, the Fund's administrative offices continue to receive and issue documents in person.
However, staff cannot access the digital records, so any operation that requires consulting the database is currently blocked. For example, anyone who intends to obtain employment or contribution records "on the spot" should not visit PIO offices expecting immediate access to the archived data.
It is not yet possible to give a precise deadline for the repair, but the technical teams expect the problem to be resolved tomorrow or within the next few days.
For some time the PIO Fund has been signalling the need to modernize its information systems, a point highlighted again by this disruption.
The Fund has not provided a detailed timetable; users are advised to check with their local PIO office before making a visit if they need database-backed services.
