Neda Ukraden Wishes Happy Birthday to Son‑in‑Law Who Tattooed Her Passport Signature
The singer posted an emotional birthday message for Predrag "Peca" Minović and recalled discovering he had permanently inked her autograph.

Folk icon Neda Ukraden publicly celebrated the birthday of her son‑in‑law, Predrag "Peca" Minović, posting a warm family photograph and an affectionate message on social media.
Alongside a picture of her daughter, Jelena Bilbija Minović, and Predrag, Ukraden addressed the birthday man directly in an emotional note she shared with followers.
“Happy birthday to the best son‑in‑law! Thank you for being not only the best father and husband to my Jelena, but also my great friend and support! May you live many more years in health, surrounded by your loved ones, and may your life be like a song. From the heart, your grandma Neda!” she wrote on her social profile.
An unusual gesture: the autograph tattoo
The post also revived a previously told anecdote that moved Ukraden: some time ago Predrag had tattooed her original passport signature on his body. She recalled how the request to photograph that passport signature initially sounded ordinary.
“I was traveling when my son‑in‑law asked me to photograph my passport signature. I thought he needed it for some contract or paperwork. I was truly pleasantly surprised when I found out that he had tattooed my signature! I regard him as a son. He thinks he has greatly repaid us, we are a large family that loves one another very much and that was his motive for that gesture,” she said at the time.
Jelena and Predrag have been married for years and are parents to three children; their household is often held up as one of the most harmonious families in the public eye.
