New public-sector vacancies: two ministries seek 10 employees
The Ministry of Administration and the Ministry of Digital Transformation advertise five posts each, with salaries from 30.000+ to about 36.000 denars.

Two state institutions in North Macedonia have posted a total of ten job openings on the Administration Agency website, splitting vacancies between the Ministry of Administration and the Ministry of Digital Transformation's Civil Registry Administration.
Each ministry is hiring five employees. Monthly salaries advertised range from just above 30.000 to about 36.000 denars depending on the post, and education requirements vary: some positions require tertiary education while others accept candidates with secondary education and no prior work experience.
The Ministry of Administration lists vacancies across several sectors and departments. Open positions include a junior associate for coordination of institutions involved in the public administration reform process, which requires higher education in the social sciences and carries a monthly salary of 35.744 denars.
Accounting, administrative support and registry roles
Another advertised post is an independent officer–cashier in the Accounting and Payments Unit within the Financial Affairs Sector, with a salary of 32.297 denars; candidates may hold higher or post-secondary education but three years of work experience is required. The Ministry also seeks a junior administrative support associate and an additional junior associate for coordination of institutions in the reform process — both listed with a monthly salary of 35.744 denars — and a junior clerk for records management with a salary of 31.420 denars.
At the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Civil Registry Administration has opened two registrar positions: one in the branch office in Debar and one in Skopje. Both offer a starting net salary of 30.793 denars and do not require previous work experience; candidates with completed secondary education may apply. The administration is also looking for three junior associates in local civil registry departments in Kumanovo, Skopje and Struga, each with a salary of 35.744 denars. Applicants for junior associate posts should hold higher education in law or economics; prior work experience is not required.
As with other public sector job announcements, applicants must meet general statutory conditions: citizenship of the Republic of North Macedonia, active use of the Macedonian language, majority age, general medical fitness and no active court-imposed prohibition on performing a profession, activity or duty by a final court judgment.
These notices are part of a broader wave of recruitment campaigns across state and public institutions in recent months, which have included vacancies in tax and finance bodies, transport, the Assembly, the central bank, the Fiscal Council and the Government Secretariat. Previously published Administration Agency data show a sharp increase in decisions to appoint new administrative civil servants in 2025 — a rise of 132,62 percent, with 1.091 candidates selected that year.
