Oct 1–30 deadline to renew student scholarship rights

Students who previously held the right to a state scholarship can renew that right between October 1 and October 30, the Ministry of Education and Science announced.

The renewal window applies to students who in any past academic year were eligible to receive a scholarship. To complete the renewal, applicants must upload the required documents electronically through the ministry's e-services portal.

Required documents for renewal

• Confirmation of enrollment for the next semester or academic year;
• Certificate of passed exams, issued by the faculty;
• Certificate of planned and passed exams (UPPI) — the form completed and certified by the faculty, showing the grade point average from previous years and evidence that the student has passed 80% or 90% of the scheduled exams depending on the type of scholarship used, or that the student maintained the average required by the scholarship contract;
• Index (student record) from the first enrolled semester through the last certified semester.

All documents must be uploaded electronically with the appropriate supporting material via http://e-uslugi.mon.gov.mk. For any additional information or questions, students may contact the scholarship office by email at studentskii.stipendii@mon.gov.mk.

The ministry reminds students to meet the October 1–30 deadline to ensure uninterrupted scholarship payments where renewal conditions are satisfied.
