Orce Gjorgievski: Caught in the act while creating an illegal dump in Kisela Voda
City inspectors found a person creating an illegal dump; penalties issued and camera installation is planned, the mayor says.

Inspectors from the City of Skopje late on the night before publication discovered a person dumping construction rubble and bulky waste beside public containers in the Kisela Voda neighbourhood and creating an illegal landfill.
City teams have already issued penalties and seek faster detection
City officials say the act was immediately sanctioned. Mayor Orce Gjorgievski wrote that while municipal crews work around the clock to keep Skopje clean, some individuals undo that work and pollute the shared environment.
"The same has already been sanctioned. While our teams work round the clock for a cleaner city, individuals destroy the work done and pollute the environment in which we all live. Such irresponsibility will not go unpunished. I clearly said and I stand by my word - zero tolerance for anyone who turns public surfaces into landfills and endangers the health of citizens," Gjorgievski wrote.
The City of Skopje said inspectors remain on duty 24 hours a day and that a procedure to install cameras on public areas is underway to speed up identification and fines for offenders.
In a separate Facebook post the mayor appealed to citizens' responsibility: "Skopje is our common home. Let's behave responsibly," Gjorgievski wrote on Facebook.
