Basic Criminal Court of Skopje orders detention for two suspects tied to Kumanovo group
Two suspects ordered to 30 days’ detention; a third received house arrest and a fourth surrendered travel documents as part of the probe.

The Basic Criminal Court of Skopje ordered pre-trial detention of up to 30 days for two suspects linked to an investigation into a criminal association, extortion and money laundering tied to a criminal group from Kumanovo.
D.P. and M.K. were placed in custody after the court found grounds related to flight risk, the possibility of repeating or completing the criminal offence, and the danger of obstructing the investigation by influencing witnesses.
Additional measures for other suspects
Another suspect, L.K., was placed under house arrest. The fourth person, identified by the initials D.Zh., must surrender their travel document and is prohibited from crossing the state border as a preventive measure.
The Prosecutor's Office also named a fifth person in its proposal; that individual was reported as currently not available to law-enforcement authorities. The investigation into the alleged criminal association and related charges continues.
The detention order for D.P. and M.K. may last up to 30 days while prosecutors pursue further investigative steps and court proceedings.
