MojDDV refund for Q3 2026 expected by November 30

Citizens who scanned fiscal receipts with the MojDDV app in July, August and September are awaiting the VAT refund for the third quarter of 2026.

The Public Revenue Office has said the payout should be completed no later than 30 November, but it has not yet published a precise start date for transfers to users' transaction accounts.

How the refund is calculated and who can get the maximum

The maximum amount a single user can receive for one quarter is 2,100 denars. The actual refund depends on the number and value of scanned and accepted receipts and on the amount of VAT recorded on those receipts.

Under the program rules, 20 percent of the VAT shown on a receipt is returned for purchases of Macedonian goods and services, while 10 percent of the VAT is returned for other goods and services. These percentages apply to the tax amount printed on the fiscal receipt, not to the total amount the buyer paid.

A four-member household in which each member meets the conditions and reaches the maximum individual amount could receive a total of 8,400 denars for one quarter.

Before payouts begin, citizens are advised to verify the transaction account number entered in the MojDDV app. This is especially important for users who have changed banks, opened a new account or closed their previous account; if an incorrect or inactive account is recorded, the payment may be delayed until it is corrected.

The VAT refund is made quarterly and funds are transferred directly to the transaction accounts of eligible users. The Public Revenue Office will issue an official notice with the exact start date for the third-quarter payments.
