Professional soldiers announce protest in front of Government on 7 November
An independent soldiers’ union accuses Minister Vlado Misajlovski of unfulfilled promises and plans a protest before the Government at 11:00 on 7 November.

One of the independent unions representing professional soldiers issued sharp criticism of Minister of Defense Vlado Misajlovski, accusing him of broken promises, manipulation and delaying a solution to the legal and professional status of career soldiers.
The union said it will not back down from a planned protest scheduled for 7 November, starting at 11:00, to be held in front of the Government building in Skopje.
Demands and division among unions
The union stated that its demands remain unchanged and that dissatisfaction with conditions inside the Army has not diminished. Organizers say they expect to press for concrete answers and faster progress on the issues they raised.
Not all trade-union organizations share the same position. A different union has publicly disputed the claims, arguing that the demands aired by the president of the protesting union are his personal demands rather than items that represent the professional soldiers at large.
The announced protest on 7 November underscores continuing tensions between at least one ranks-based union and the Ministry of Defense, while the broader union landscape remains divided over both tactics and the content of the demands.
