United States congratulates Student List and Serbian voters after 25 October election
Washington welcomed the orderly transition after Serbia’s extraordinary parliamentary elections on 25 October and called for joint work to advance the US–Serbia strategic partnership.
The United States congratulated the Student List and the citizens of Serbia on the extraordinary parliamentary elections held on 25 October.
In a public statement, Washington praised the orderly conduct of the vote and spoke positively about the immediate post-election developments.

“We welcome the orderly transition of power and the joint work to advance the strategic partnership between the United States and Serbia, as well as regional stability,” the statement said.
The message singled out both the electoral participants and Serbian voters for their role in the process, while linking the outcome to broader bilateral and regional interests.
