SDSM alleges 1.5 million‑euro family tender network in Minister Andonovski's ministry

SDSM accused Minister Andonovski's ministry on Wednesday of channeling about 1.5 million euros in public contracts into a closed family-business network, alleging that the deals were signed directly by the minister.

Party official names companies, people and three new contracts

Jon Frčkoski, a member of SDSM's Executive Board, said the tenders went to a Skopje subsidiary called Noma System Solutions and cover maintenance of a document management system, a property‑register software package and software for examinations. The total value he cited for the linked contracts is 1.5 million euros.

Frčkoski pointed to Vladimir Simovski as the manager appearing on the company records and described him as a former direct business partner and co‑owner with Martin Klincharov — the husband of a state secretary — in the firm SVAG FOOD DOO Skopje. He added that another ownership stake in the company is held by Mateo Design, which he says is owned by Klincharov's husband.

Frčkoski said: "While Mickoski's government piles up new debts — 4 billion euros on the people's shoulders — it is carrying out criminal tenders with full force."

He urged the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption to expand the file it opened one year ago by adding the new facts and evidence, and called on Minister Andonovski to be held accountable for allowing his ministry to operate as a closed family‑business circle.
