Scott McTominay had routine heart surgery, will return to training in two weeks
Napoli says the Scotland international is well after a minor operation for a diagnosed benign arrhythmia and will resume training in 14 days.

Napoli have confirmed that midfielder Scott McTominay underwent a routine heart operation and is expected to return to team training in two weeks.
Club: player in good condition after minor procedure
The club said the Scotland international feels well following a short surgical intervention. Medical staff carried out the procedure after McTominay was diagnosed with a benign arrhythmia that required a minor operation to correct.
The operation took place at the Spire hospital near Manchester. Napoli emphasised that the intervention was routine and that their player will rejoin training in roughly 14 days as he continues his recovery.
McTominay has established himself at Napoli in recent seasons and the club described him as being at the zenith of his career; he is also regarded as one of the best foreign players currently in Serie A.
The announcement comes as a relief to supporters and the squad, who expect the midfielder to be available again after completing the short convalescence recommended by the medical team.
