Srbinovski returns to domestic basketball coaching
The former selector of the North Macedonia national basketball team returns to the domestic scene after several years away from bench duties. Srbinovski last served as head coach of Gostivar before stepping away from club coaching.
Sokoli Shtip hope the hiring will strengthen their roster and competitive profile as they await confirmation of participation in the Macedonian Superleague.
The move comes amid reports that Chaer definitively withdrew from the Superleague, opening a vacant spot at the top tier of Macedonian basketball.
The Basketball Federation of North Macedonia has officially launched the procedure to fill the single available Superleague place; Sokoli Shtip are among the candidates that could take the slot, pending the federation's decision.
