Hidden among the wooded kiosks of Sredno Vodno, a chain of small, wooden café-shops serves what one regular visitor described as the cheapest—and surprisingly good—Nescafe in Skopje. The area mixes open-air benches, fresh air and a casual, countryside feel just minutes from the city.

Prices and simple offers that stand out
