Srna Shekerova — first runner-up and Miss Talent at MISS WORLD NEW GENERATION 2026
Srna Shekerova from Skopje took second place and won the Miss Talent prize at the first MISS WORLD NEW GENERATION 2026 in Fruške Terme.
Twenty-year-old Srna Shekerova from Skopje finished as first runner-up at the inaugural MISS WORLD NEW GENERATION 2026 contest held last week in Fruške Terme, Vojvodina, Serbia. Her placement marked a major international achievement for the young Macedonian model.
Stage results and special awards
The overall winner of the first edition was the contestant representing Congo, while the second runner-up spot went to the Rusyn contestant. In addition to finishing second overall, Srna also won the Miss Talent title after delivering a combined dance and vocal performance that the judges singled out.
The new pageant is an international competition and this was its first edition. The license holder for North Macedonia is Crnokrak Fashion Studio, the agency through which Srna competed and of which she is a member.
On the final night Srna appeared in a national costume created by Macedonian designer Natasha Karcheva. The outfit accompanied her talent presentation and evening-wear stages during the final programme.
The result adds to a growing list of international appearances by Macedonian contestants and highlights the role of local fashion teams in preparing candidates for new global pageants.
