Judicial Budget Council to review 2027 judiciary budget and August 2026 pay supplements at 275th session

The Judicial Budget Council will hold its 275th session today to review the proposed budget for the judiciary for 2027 and a decision to secure funds for payment of salary supplements for August 2026, for which a draft decision has been submitted.
The agenda lists the Proposed budget for division 29010 – Judicial authority for 2027, alongside several funding requests from individual courts. Members will consider a request from the Basic Court in Gostivar for additional funds, and an update concerning requests from courts seeking funds for bonus pay based on evaluation of court officials.

The Council will also examine a notification and a request for opinion related to a case from the Basic Court in Kumanovo. No further details about the Kumanovo item were published in the meeting notice.
