Judicial Council to consider new Rules of Procedure at 558th session

The Judicial Council of the Republic of North Macedonia will hold its 558th session, at which members are scheduled to consider a new Rules of Procedure for the council.
Agenda items and procedural decisions
Among the items listed for debate is a statement by a judge of Basic Court Gostivar regarding temporary secondment, which the council will decide on during the session.
Council members will also address the selection and dismissal of lay judges.
