Minors clash at Kisela Voda playground; parents intervene, police say

Minors were involved in a physical altercation on a playground in the Kisela Voda municipality of Skopje, and the incident escalated when parents joined the fight, the Ministry of Interior reported.

According to police records, both sides later filed reports and their statements differ. On 14.08.2026 at 12:00, B.B. (35) from Skopje reported that on 13.08.2026 at about 21:30 his minor daughter was physically assaulted with a plastic bottle by two minors on a playground in the Kisela Voda area.

B.B. says that when the girl’s parents arrived at the scene the minors ran into the yard of a neighbour’s house, where the reporting party detained the minors, but was then physically attacked by B.C. (46) from Skopje — the father of one of the minors.

Conflicting versions and additional reports

By contrast, B.C. reported that at about 22:00 in a yard in Kisela Voda his minor son and his friend were physically attacked by B.B., after one of the minors had inadvertently hit a girl with a plastic bottle earlier. Another report, filed by A.H. (45) from Skopje, states that on 13.08.2026 at around 22:15 his minor son was physically assaulted by B.B.

The Skopje police have investigated the reported incidents. "After full documentation, appropriate charges will be filed," the Ministry of Interior said in its statement.

So far the police note that parents on both sides submitted complaints and that further procedural steps depend on the completed documentation and the findings of investigators.
