Variable cloudiness with sunny intervals will continue today, accompanied by moderate to fresh northwesterly winds that locally strengthen. Along the wider Povardarie valley the wind may occasionally reach strong gusts of over 60 kilometers per hour.
Morning temperatures across the country are forecast at -2 to 10 °C, while daytime readings will reach 8 to 18 °C.
In Skopje the sky will be changeable with sunny breaks. Winds will be weak to moderate from the north, becoming occasionally stronger in parts of the basin. Temperatures in the capital are expected to rise from about 3 °C in the morning to around 14 °C in the daytime.
Tomorrow's outlook
The Hydrometeorological Service (UHMR) says that tomorrow will also be mostly variable cloud with sunny periods. In some basins there will be conditions for morning fog.
Winds are expected from the northwest, weak to moderate in general, with strengthening locally along Povardarie at times. Maximum temperatures tomorrow will range from 13 to 20 °C.
From Friday and during the weekend, occasional local rain showers are expected.
