Vardar files protest over alleged improper appearance by Tikvesh player
FK Vardar says a complaint was entered on the match report after the 1–3 Cup loss to Tikvesh in Skopje.
On 28 October 2026 at 17:45 FK Vardar announced that it has filed a formal protest recorded on the match report from the Macedonian Cup tie played today at the Petar Miloshevski complex in Skopje against Tikvesh.
Vardar lost the game 1:3 and were eliminated from the competition after the round-of-16 fixture.
The protest alleges an improper appearance by a visiting Tikvesh player during the match. The club said the issue was entered into the official match protocol.
