Miloš Vučević accuses Student List of delaying government formation
Vučević says winners avoid responsibility; Student List says talks on ministerial names continue and will be ready for the first Assembly session.

Miloš Vučević, president of the Serbian Progressive Party, on 4 November accused the victorious Student List of delaying the transfer of power in Serbia and avoiding responsibility for forming a new government.
Dispute over timing and cabinet talks
Vučević told TV Niš: "They are not in a hurry either to constitute the National Assembly or to elect the republican government." He also argued that the winners were shirking responsibility and cited as an example that they had not asked Ana Brnabić to urgently call presidential elections. Brnabić had already announced on 30 October that elections would be called no later than 27 November.
Radomir Saicic, a candidate on the Student List, said the talks about the composition of the government are ongoing and that the candidates will be ready for the first sitting of the Assembly. "Whenever it is convened, we will be ready to come," Saicic told the Belgrade daily Danas.
Observers estimate the Student List holds a clear majority. According to the monitor CRTA, after the repeated vote on 1 November the Student List has 140 of 250 seats — enough to form a government on its own.
Procedural deadlines remain in place. Ana Brnabić on 2 November said she would convene the session as soon as the Republic Electoral Commission (RIK) proclaims the final results. From that proclamation the 30-day deadline to hold the first parliamentary session begins, while the 90-day period to elect a government starts on the day the Assembly is constituted.
