Businessman Zoran Azmanov was physically attacked during a court hearing this morning at the Basic Civil Court in Skopje.
The court said the assailant was the husband of a defendant in the case; he had been scheduled to testify at the hearing when the attack took place.
The incident occurred in a proceeding in which Azmanov's construction company, Nastel, is the plaintiff. The dispute concerns an outstanding debt in the amount of 2,987,752 denars.
