Boki 13 faces stalking complaint and accuses Ceca Raznatović

A new chapter opened in the long-running public clash between journalist Marko Gjedović and showman Bojan Jovanovski (Boki 13) after Gjedović filed criminal charges alleging stalking. The dispute, which has been played out in public for months through accusations and social-media exchanges, reached a legal turning point this week.

Gjedović confirmed to reporters that he submitted a criminal complaint for stalking and said the case has been handed over to the competent authorities. He refused to give further details because of the ongoing procedure.

"I filed a criminal complaint for stalking. Whether that is so or not will be decided exclusively by the court, no one else. I cannot disclose any further information because of the procedure, since these are convicted criminals. On Friday I will give a statement before the state authorities," Gjedović told members of the press.

Accused speaks out and points to Ceca

Bojan Jovanovski appeared before investigators as the accused. He said he was not particularly worried about being summoned and downplayed the matter, noting his previous experience with criminal proceedings and calling this case "a small matter" for him. At the same time Jovanovski stirred public attention by claiming that the singer Ceca Raznatović stands behind the campaign against him.

On the subject of counter-litigation, Jovanovski told reporters he has no intention to sue Gjedović over insults on social media. "I don't have time, nor am I interested in suing everyone who insulted me. Then I would spend the whole day at the prosecutor's office or in courts. I have never sued any media in my life; I resolve matters in a gentlemanly and chivalrous way that suits me," he said.

Gjedović is known as one of Ceca Raznatović's closest friends and collaborators and has publicly expressed support for the singer. Observers say the dispute may now move toward a courtroom climax.

Separately, Jovanovski was also a high-profile guest at a Belgrade gala celebration for the birthday of Jelena Karleuša and Duško Tošić's daughters, Athina and Nika. Arriving from Skopje, he attracted attention for carrying an exclusive designer handbag that media reports value at $19,500. Speaking to reporters at the event, he said he chose special fashion gifts for the girls rather than cash envelopes. "I'm fine, in a good mood, I came directly from Skopje. I don't give envelopes as gifts. Athina and Nika have everything, so I tried to choose a special fashion piece for both. It was hard to pick for children who have everything, but Jelena helped me — these are well-known brands and good bags," he said.
