Diesel rises by 6.00 denars — price 101.00 denars per litre from midnight

The Regulatory Commission decided retail petroleum prices will rise on average by 4.89% compared with prices set on 31 August 2026.

Diesel rises by 6.00 denars — price 101.00 denars per litre from midnight

Diesel retail prices in North Macedonia rise by 6.00 denars per litre, bringing the new price to 101.00 denars per litre from midnight, the Regulatory Commission said in its decision today.

The regulator ruled that, on average, retail prices for petroleum products will increase by 4.89 percent compared with the prices established on 31 August 2026.

Largest increase applies to Eurodiesel

The biggest change affects EURODIZEL BS: its retail price will be raised by 6.00 denars per litre, resulting in a level of 101.00 denars per litre. Authorities say this is the most significant upward adjustment among the fuel categories included in the update.

The decision comes into force at 00:00 and applies to pump prices across the country. The regulator’s published figures list the average percentage change and single out diesel as recording the highest absolute increase.

Motorists should expect the new pump price of 101.00 denars per litre for diesel from midnight; the change is measured against the price list that was in effect on 31 August 2026.
