SUV and semi-trailer collide on road from Strazha to Gostivar

An SUV and a semi-trailer truck collided this afternoon on the road descending from the Strazha mountain pass toward Gostivar, causing traffic delays in the area.

Police inspected the scene

Emergency services arrived at the site and the police carried out an on-site inspection. Authorities said the crash temporarily hampered the flow of vehicles along that stretch of road.

So far there is no information that anyone was injured in the collision. Police have not released further details about the circumstances that led to the impact.

Traffic was redirected or slowed while investigators documented the scene and cleared wreckage from the roadway. Drivers were advised to expect delays until normal traffic conditions were restored.
